Rebecca Braithwaite – Customer Service Supervisor

I have been working in the Sports Direct Customer Services department for 4 years now. When I first joined Sports Direct I worked within the Shirebrook store on the shoe department.

I was then given the opportunity to come across to Head office and work in the customer service department as a customer service advisor. It was a great opportunity that I have enjoyed since joining the team, there is so much to learn and it’s all so interesting. The people are fantastic to work with and everyone is very helpful, I have now been promoted to customer service supervisor where I am responsible for a team of 20 people.

I have personally learnt so much more about retail and customers from just doing this role. My role within the team is very rewarding and when it comes to assisting customers with their issues and complaints, making a customer happy, makes me happy.

About you

You will be a people person who can deliver clear and concise communication across all forms. You will enjoy a fast paced environment and be able to deal with queries across all levels.
